AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2005-06

Indoor: Took home first place in the 500 meters with a time of 1:04.39 at the Harvard Invitational on Dec. 10... Helped BU defeat rival BC with a first place finish in the 500 meters (1:03.62) on Jan. 18, in BU[apos]s home opener... Placed third in the 500 meters (1:03.37) at the Terrier Classic on Jan. 27... Finished fifth in his section in the 200 with a time of 23.01 on Feb. 6... Helped BU to a fourth-place finish in the America East Championships, placing fourth in the 500 meters with a time of 1:04.74 and also was a member of the 4x400 relay team that placed first (3:13.89).

Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 400 meters at the UConn Invitational on April 22 with a time of 50.32... During BU[apos]s fifth-place America East finish, placed seventh in the 400 meters with a time of 49.40, also participated on the 4x400 relay team that took second place with a time of 3:11.93.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2004-05

Captured America East 500 meters indoor title (1:03.42)... Ran on the 4x400 team that won America East Indoor and Outdoors... Placed third at IC4As and competed at NCAA regionals.

BEFORE BOSTON UNIVERSITY

Graduated from Warren Hills High School in 2004... Posted personal bests of 49.26 in the 400, 1:57.72 in the 800 and 16:25 in cross-country 5k.
