Terriers Top Bucknell on Senior Day, 13-9

BOSTON – BU women's lacrosse (8-8, 3-5 PL) defeated Bucknell (6-9, 2-6 PL) in a 13-9 result Saturday evening at Nickerson Field. Six Terriers scored in the victory and junior Reilly Agres made 16 saves in net.

Senior Claire Gola led the Terriers with five goals on the day to tie her season-best in a single game. Grad student Maddie MacMaster, junior Kendall Sims and senior Jennifer Barry all scored two goals apiece. Also scoring for BU were sophomores Hannah Tillier and Matty Spaeth who each had one.

Barry tallied three assists to make her the second Terrier to notch five points in the game. Senior Lauren Kaye logged two assists while Sims and sophomore Abby Cotraro also picked up one assist each.

Agres' 16 saves tied a career best in the category. The first time the junior made 16 saves was on the road at Bucknell on April 23, 2022.
