BOSTON – Playing a third former NCAA champion in four games, the Boston University men's basketball team will visit ACC power Syracuse on Saturday with tip-off slated for 12 p.m. The trip marks the Terriers' first to the Carrier Dome since 1993-94.

TERRIER TIDBITS

  • BU is on a four-game losing streak after winning four straight at home with tough losses at UConn (51-49) and NC State (77-73).

  • The Terriers are 2-1 against the ACC under head coach Joe Jones with the BC win and victory at Maryland ... BU owned a 2-point advantage at NC State last Saturday before the Wolfpack went on their game-changing run.
  • BU has used a different starting lineup in each of the last six games ... Senior Justin Alston (8.7 ppg, 5.0 rpg) is the lone Terrier to start all nine games, while sophomore Kyle Foreman (7.1 ppg, 4.4 apg) has started in all eight of his appearances.

SCOUTING SYRACUSE

  • Syracuse is 1-3 in the last four games, but all three losses came against major conference opponents - South Carolina (64-50), Wisconsin (77-60) and UConn (52-50).
