Terriers Slip by Harvard, 4-3

BOSTON - The BU women's tennis team improved to 3-0 on the season after defeating Harvard, 4-3, on Sunday at the Track and Tennis Center.

For the third straight match the Terriers swept the doubles points from their opponents. The Crimson began a comeback in the singles matches, winning three of the contests. Junior Cori Lefkowith (Clayton, Mo.), junior Danielle Abraham (Waukesha, Wis.), and sophomore Liz Corrao (Holden, Mass.) stifled a Harvard comeback by winning their singles matches to secure the victory for the Terriers.

BU returns to action Saturday, Feb. 16, when the Terriers travel to Hanover, N.H. to take on Dartmouth at 12 p.m.
