BOSTON - Emily Pallotta's strike in the 78th minutes broke a scoreless deadlock to lead the No. 12 Boston University women's soccer team past conference foe Binghamton, 1-0, on Sunday afternoon, snapping the Bearcats' nine-game home unbeaten streak. The Terriers stand at 11-2-2 (4-0-1 AE), while Binghamton falls to 5-7-2 (2-3 AE) on the season. Pallotta's game-winning goal came at 77:33, when the freshman's right side shot found the upper left corner of the net. The goal was Pallotta's third of the season. After a scoreless first half, the Terriers' offense came alive as they registered seven of their eight shots. Pallotta's goal came after she collected a loose ball in front of the net.
