Women's Soccer Presents Awards at Annual Team Banquet

The Terriers celebrated their 2013 season and senior class

AS A SENIOR IN 2008: Started every game as an central defender and recorded seven shots ... Anchored one of the nation's stingiest defenses, which finished 15th in the country in goals-against average (0.62) and tied a program record for shutouts (12) ... Named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll for maintaining a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2007: Anchored one of the nation's stingiest defenses, ranking 13th nationally in goals against average (.597) and first in the America East Conference ... Started all 21 games and recorded two goals and 11 shots ... Scored the game-winning tally against Maine on Oct. 11 and found the back of the net against Stony Brook on Oct. 21 ... For the second straight year, earned America East Commissioner's Honor Roll accolades for achieving a 3.5 GPA or higher.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2006: One of eight Terriers to play in all 21 games, starting 18 ... Took two shots during the season, both of which were on goal ... Was a defensive plug in the backfield and helped the Terriers to a 0.64 goals-against average ... Was named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll for earning a 3.5 GPA or higher.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2005: Saw action in seven games, all off the bench ... Recorded three shots on the year - one each versus TCU (9/9), Fairfield (9/16) and Hartford (10/23).

BEFORE BOSTON UNIVERSITY: Was a four-year all-conference selection at center midfield at Greenhill School ... Senior year was team captain and won the Coaches' Award ... Played club soccer for the Dallas Texans and team won three straight Premiere League titles (2003, 2004, 2005) ... Texans also won the State Cup title, was regional champion and a national contender in 2004 ... In 2005, team was a Disney finalist ... Was on the State ODP team in 2002 and 2003 ... Competed on the Greenhill track team and was an all-conference selection in 2002 and 2003 ... Academically, was in the school's honor society and in the Latin National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Born on May 22, 1987 ... Daughter of Greg and Cathy Mullen ... Enrolled in the College of Communication as a public relations major.
