BOSTON - The Terriers (10-9-3, 5-6-2 HE) travel to Brown University to take on the Bears (7-8-1, 5-2-1 ECACHL) at Meehan Arena on Wednesday, Jan. 18. This is the first-ever meeting between the two teams at the Division I level.

On Sunday, Jan. 15, freshman goaltender Allyse Wilcox earned her first career shutout and the first-ever shutout in program history. The Terriers snapped a 134:11 scoreless streak against Connecticut goaltender Kaitlyn Shain on Laurel Koller’s first-period goal. Freshman Sophie Thornton scored her first career goal in the second period and freshman Gena Kearns scored a power-play goal to seal the victory.

Freshman Allyse Wilcox was named Hockey East Defensive Player of the Week on Monday, Jan. 16, for making 23 saves and earning both her first career shutout and first-ever shutout in program history. Freshman Laurel Koller was named to the Hocke East Honor Roll for her game-winning goal and an assist against UConn.
