Led by second-year head coach Joe Jones, the Boston University men’s basketball team enters the 2012-13 season seeking its third postseason berth in the last four years. The Terriers return three starters, including Preseason All-Conference honoree D.J. Irving who led the league last season in assists at 5.4 apg.
Led by ninth-year head coach Kelly Greenberg, the Boston University women’s basketball team returns 10 letterwinners, including three starters from last year’s 23-9 squad that advanced to the first round of the WNIT. The Terriers will host a combined six non-conference opponents in November and December.
Led by senior captain Wade Megan, the Boston University men’s ice hockey team will play 18 contests at home this season, starting off with an exhibition game against the University of Toronto on Sunday, Oct. 7. Click here to purchase season tickets.
This past summer, Boston University formally accepted an invitation to move 20 of its 25 teams to the Patriot League on July 1, 2013 for the 2013-14 season. Formed as an all-sport conference in 1990-91, the league features American, Army, Bucknell, Colgate, Holy Cross, Lafayette, Lehigh and Navy .

AS A SENIOR IN 2012-13
During indoor season, finished fifth with a personal-best time of 8:09.41 in the 3,000m run at the IC4A Championships ... Took third in the 3,000m run (8:15.47) at the BU Make Up Meet.
AS A JUNIOR IN 2011-12
During the outdoor season, claimed first place in the 5,000m run at the America East Championships (14:9.55) ... Had a personal-best time of 14:22.85 in the 5,000m run at the Patriot Open, which placed him third overall at the meet and first among NCAA Division I athletes ... Won the 3,000m run at the Shamrock Invitational (8:31.85) ... Competed in the 1,500m run at the IC4A Championships (3:50.62) ... During the indoor season, finished second in the mile run at the New England Championships with a season-best time of 4:02.87 ... Finished second in the 3,000m run at the America East Championships (8:19.02) ... Had a personal-best time of 8:15.49 in the 3,000m run at the Valentine Invitational ... Competed in the mile run at the Terrier Invitational (4:06.05) and the BU Multi-Team Meet (4:09.41) ... Completed the 800m run at the Battle of Beantown in 1:53.05.

Attended Union College from 2008-10 ... At Manchester Central High School, was named the 2008 Gatorade Athlete of the Year in New Hampshire ...
