AS A JUNIOR IN 2008-09: Swam in five events during the 2009 America East Championships ... Broke three BU school records by placing third in the 200 individual medley (1:50.32), placing second in the 800 freestyle relay (6:40.03), and winning the 400 freestyle relay (2:57.72) at the America East Championship ... Also set personal records in the 50 freestyle (21.54), 100 freestyle (45.32), 200 freestyle (1:38.91) and 1000 freestyle (9:57.10).

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2007-08: Earned the men's swimming team's Most Valuable Player honors after another standout season ... Swam lifetime bests in the 50 free (22.02), 100 free (46.19), 200 free (1:40.21), 100 fly (53.03), 200 IM (1:56.79) and 400 IM (4:12.75) ... Was a member of two record-breaking relay teams - the 200 and 400-medley relays ... At the America East Championship, won two relay titles, while placing second in the 100 and 200 free and fourth in the 500 free ... Named to the AE Academic Honor Roll.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2006-07: Swam season bests in the 100 free (46.85), 200 free (1:41.46) and 500 free (4:32.81) at the conference championships and the 200 IM (1:57.21) against Boston College on Jan. 23 ... Member of the second-place, 200-free relay team that finished fourth at the AE Championships ... Took home second place honors in the 800-free relay ... Individually, placed second in the 200 free and third in the 100 free - two spots higher than his seed - at the conference championships.

BEFORE BOSTON UNIVERSITY: Graduated Deering HS in 2006 ... Swam for coach Jared Felker on the Westbrook Seals club team ... Prep team won state championship in 2003, 2004 and 2005, and was undefeated in each season ... Owns the school record in the 500 Free and the 200 free ... Swam for Westbrook Seals for seven years, winning individual overall titles several times ... Competed in the 2006 Junior Nationals in Orlando.
