Updated 2012-13 Schedule

BOSTON - Highlighted by five national broadcasts and at least six dates on NESN, the Boston University men's ice hockey program has announced its television schedule for the 2012-13 season. In addition, BU will stream no fewer than 11 home games on Terrier TV and will remain on AM 1510 for its radio broadcasts.

Eight games (NESN - 3, NBC Sports Network - 3, CBS Sports Network - 2) on this year's schedule were picked up as part of the Hockey East television packages. BU will also partner with NESN to air the Terriers' first match-up with rival Boston College on Nov. 11 at Agganis Arena.

NBC Sports Network will broadcast both ends of BU's home-and-home with BC on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 in addition to the Terriers' visit to Maine on Feb. 15. BU's home contest with the Black Bears on Dec. 8 will be televised by CBS Sports Network, which also picked up the regular season's penultimate game at Northeastern on March 8.

As part of its Hockey East package, NESN will show BU's January home contests with Northeastern (Jan. 18) and Providence (Jan. 26) as well as the latter contest in a two-game weekend at Maine on Feb. 16. The Beanpot will once again be televised by NESN, beginning with the Terriers' first-round match-up with Northeastern on Feb. 4.

BU fans will able to watch the Terriers' contest at North Dakota on Nov. 3, as NESN will pick up the feed from the Midco Sports Network. Other contests may also be televised during the season depending on the length of the NHL lockout.

Beginning with Sunday's exhibition contest against the University of Toronto, at least 11 home contests will be streamed live on Terrier TV through GoTerriers.com. The Agganis Arena production includes synced audio from the BU radio broadcast team of Bernie Corbett and Tom Ryan. Fans can subscribe to Terrier TV for $9.95 per month.

BU has continued its radio partnership with AM 1510, which changed its format to NBC Sports Radio last month. All of the Terriers' regular-season and postseason contests will be on 1510, both on the airwaves and online.
