The Terriers return three starters, including Preseason All-Conference honoree D.J. Irving who led the league last season in assists at 5.4 apg.

Led by ninth-year head coach Kelly Greenberg, the Boston University women’s basketball team returns 10 letterwinners, including three starters from last year’s 23-9 squad that advanced to the first round of the WNIT. The Terriers will host a combined six non-conference opponents in November and December.

New Conference Affiliation
This past summer, Boston University formally accepted an invitation to move 20 of its 25 teams to the Patriot League on July 1, 2013 for the 2013-14 season. Formed as an all-sport conference in 1990-91, the league features American, Army, Bucknell, Colgate, Holy Cross, Lafayette, Lehigh and Navy .

Watch | Listen | Gametracker | @BUGameDay (Twitter Updates) 2012-13 Prospectus BOSTON - Fans will get their first look at the 2012-13 Boston University men's ice hockey team on Sunday (Oct. 7) when the 13th-ranked Terriers host the University of Toronto for a preseason exhibition. The game, which starts at 1 p.m., will be streamed live on Terrier TV. This year's 25-man roster features nine newcomers in addition to the 16 returnees from last season's squad, which posted a 23-15-1 record, finished tied for second in the Hockey East standings and earned an at-large berth to the NCAA tournament.
Tickets for Sunday's game are available online at AgganisArena.com or in person at the Ticket Office. The Ticket Office is located at 925 Commonwealth Avenue and will open at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. Post-game festivities will include an open skate on the ice, a team autograph session, a magician, balloon artists, games, prizes and more!
