BOSTON - The Boston University men's ice hockey team has announced its television schedule for the 2010-11 season, as at least 12 of the Terriers' games will be broadcast on either NESN or CBS College Sports. In addition, all 36 regular-season contests will be aired on the radio through WWZN 1510-AM.

Of the 12 TV games - a total that would increase to 13 with an appearance in the Beanpot title game - eight will be broadcast by NESN. Entering its 28th season, NESN has carried college hockey games since its inception and will once again broadcast the Beanpot Tournament on Feb. 7 and 14 in addition to a Hockey East package that includes Terrier home games against archrival Boston College (Jan. 21) and Vermont (Feb. 25). NESN will also pick up five additional BU contests, beginning with the Oct. 22 match-up against Massachusetts in Amherst.

CBS College Sports will expand its hockey coverage this season with several broadcasts that feature Hockey East squads. BU will be part of four of those, including both ends of the Terriers' home-and-home weekend with Boston College on Dec. 3-4.

Dates for two games were moved to accommodate television, as the contest at Vermont originally scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 8, will now be pushed back to Sunday, Jan. 9, and air on CBS College Sports. The Terriers' home game against Harvard was also pushed back one day, as it will now take place on Saturday, Jan. 15, and be televised by NESN.

Three of BU's league road contests will be televised by opponents' local television as both games at Maine on Jan. 28-29 will be aired on WABI-TV - a CBS affiliate - in Bangor and the Providence contest on Feb. 19 will be picked up by Cox Sports.

Bernie Corbett, now in his 26th season as the "Voice of the Terriers", will once again provide the call on WWZN 1510-AM and throughout the year. For the 18th season, he will be joined in the booth by color commentator Tom Ryan, the co-captain of the 1987-88 Terrier hockey team.

For the sixth consecutive year, BU will provide a live video webcast of games through BU All-Access on, allowing fans to view the action live or as part of a video archive. This year's package will include 11 regular-season dates at Agganis, beginning with the home opener against Massachusetts on Oct. 16. The radio feed from WWZN will accompany each BU All-Access production.

The BU All-Access service is available at a cost of $9.95 per month and an annual subscription costs $79.95. Both the monthly and annual packages include access to live streaming of other BU home events from sports such as women's ice hockey, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's basketball and women's lacrosse.

Other road contests throughout the season will be streamed live by the respective home schools, and links to access those streams will be provided on
