BOSTON - Junior Meindert Klem won the "B" Final in the 2x, while sophomore Milos Nikolic placed fifth overall in the lightweight 2- and senior Chris Klotzbach placed fourth in "B" Final of the lightweight 4x at the Under-23 World Rowing Championships in Strathclyde, Scotland on Sunday, July 29.

Rowing for the Netherlands, Klem and Olivier Sieglaar got off to a solid start and remained in first place throughout the race to win the "B" Final in 6:33.36 and place seventh overall.

Serbia's Nikolic and his partner, Nemanja Nesic, started the race in sixth place and remained there for the first 1500m but made a push during the last 500 to finish fifth in the "A" Final and overall in 6:48.26.

Klotzbach and his U.S. lightweight 4x started off in third but fell back to fourth in the second 500m. He and his crew crossed the finish line in 6:17.93.
