Elliot H. Cole Academic Support Center

The Elliot H. Cole Academic Support Center

The Elliot H. Cole Academic Support Center houses Student-Athlete Support Services and is available to all student-athletes as a place where they can focus on their academic work during study hall, tutoring sessions and individual quiet study time.

A fully networked computer lab and a laser printer are available for student-athlete use, and laptop computers are available for student-athletes to take with them when they travel for competition.

The Center also serves as a hub for seminars, information and resources on topics such as time management, alcohol and drug education, nutrition, study skills, career planning and stress management.

The director of student-athlete support services, Phil DeCarlo, along with assistant directors Logan Seward and Kim Cochrane and learning specialist Erica Bell, work with Boston University's 23 athletic teams, providing proactive and individualized support for all student-athletes.
