The Strength and Conditioning program at Boston University is designed to utilize the most current training techniques to improve student-athletes' size, strength, quickness, and speed. The approximately 12,000 square-foot state-of-the-art strength and conditioning facility features power racks, Olympic lifting platforms, and a 2,000 square-foot speed and plyometric area.
The foundation of Boston University's athletic success is year round preparation. The strength and conditioning staff provide each student-athlete with their own individualized fitness program designed to improve movement, core stability, speed, strength, balance and flexibility.
The strength and conditioning staff work with Boston University student-athletes to instill discipline, teamwork, confidence and a strong work ethic.
